Public Toilets, Bathrooms.
On the whole, Poland has a shortage of public toilets in its cities. However, in comparison to seriously lacking offenders like Warsaw and Tricity, Krakow possesses well placed and well signed public toilets and is a good example of superior service in Poland.
As a note, it is customary in Poland that ladies' toilets show a circle or the words "dla pan" and gents' toilets show a triangle or the words "dla panow". Public toilets usually charge anything between 1 and 2 Zloty, so make sure you have some change available!
