Museums.

Multifarious museums, hosting some of the most impressive treasures in the world, are widespread in Krakow.

Mummies, fossils, historical paintings, Polish art, oriental art, samurai armour, war chronicles, church relics and medieval treasures can be found throughout the city. In fact, you will be hard-pressed not to find something of interest in this brimming treasure chest, Krakow.

Similar to museums in other European cities, museums in Krakow are usually open every day except Monday. One should be aware, however, that some Museums close at 3 pm. Good planning is essential if you hope to catch a particular museum or exhibition.
